Strategized communications and design strategy with the Executive Director to publicize the release of the Virtual Visitor Parking System and the addition of license plate recognition technology in municipal garages to city stakeholders and residents. Direct Development created an informational product brochure, one-pagers, targeted email communications to all constituent groups, promotional product video, and social media posts as part of the communications plan.
